Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

The goal of kundalini yoga is to open a flow of energy from the lower chakras to the higher ones. In this way, we experience love and oneness with all life.
The postures are not static – movement is used to awaken the kundalini energy. Breathing exercises and mantras and meditations are also part of the practice. The latter help you deal better with obstacles like anger and grief, transforming negative emotions into positive ones. You become happier and stronger, and your words and actions become more in harmony.
This kind of yoga is also very suitable for people with weight problems.
Martie will be giving this season‘s classes in 4 blocks, each with a theme: improving communication, health, processing grief & frustration, and balance.
Martie van Bakkum has practised kundalini yoga for 11 years. She gives Sat Nam Rasayan healings, tarot readings, and is an artist. She also has a center for spiritual and creative activities in the Czech Republic.
