Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Reconnect with yourself and find silence within
A cranio-sacral session reconnects
you with your inner being, creating the optimal state for the body to heal
itself. As the treatment is very gentle and non-intrusive, it is also appropriate
for infants, children and the elderly.
The cranio-sacral system is a physiological system which includes all the
bones of the skull (cranium) and extends down the full length of the spinal
cord to the lower end of the spine (sacrum). This system produces, circulates
and reabsorbs the cerebrospinal fluid, an almost magical fluid which nourishes
and protects the brain and the entire nervous system.
The cranio-sacral therapist applies a light touch, moving and freeing the
bones of the cranium, while the membranes and the connective tissues stretch,
helping release tensions and imbalances.
Deep relaxation takes place, making it possible for pain patterns to dissolve,
emotions to change, and moods to lighten.
Cranio-Sacral balancing can be helpful for headaches, burn-out, back-pain,
hyperactivity, dyslexia, depression and sleeplessness. However, you don’t
have to be ill to enjoy a deep relaxation for your general well-being and
to benefit from fully reconnecting with your inner being.
