BREEMA® The Art of Being Present
with Jonathan Staggers
Coming Home: A Transformational Healing Experience
The purpose of Breema is to bring us to the taste of being present, and to the full awareness that we exist. Breema leads us from imaginary separation towards the experience of unity - within our body, mind and feelings, with our environment, with other people, and with all life.
Breema bodywork is comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and revitalizing. It is based upon the Nine Principles of Harmony and is received fully clothed on a (padded) floor. The exercises form a harmonious flow of movements and include gentle stretches, gradual leaning, rhythmic brushing, and nurturing tapping.
In COMING HOME we will use the Nine Principles of Breema® as the grounding structure.
Each of us is unique in how we experience life. We will explore to what we
give our life - our energy: the life situations, the people, the circumstances,
and the events. Life is a flow. We may discover blockages in our creative
energy, our joy, and our happiness. We will work through these to reconnect
with the flow of life using various kinds of awareness work: Breema®,
Self-Breema, Kashmir Body Movement, hatha yoga, healing sound music, and more.
The focus will be on the space the energy has created within ourselves for
the healing, rather than on the blockages.
Your life will validate this Home-Coming as you acknowledge, accept, let go, and allow yourself to simply be. To enter the unknown takes courage and it takes you really showing up for you. You are not an idea or a concept...you are an experience of calmness, relaxation, joy, and more....
COMING
HOME is being offered in the form of
a workshop, private session or on-going class, depending upon participants'
needs. If you are interested in taking part in this, or would like more information,
please feel free to contact Jonathan.

He says: "It is said that one shares or teaches what one most needs to learn and incorporate in one's life... that truly is the case for me. Breema is the Art of Being Present and that is my aim at this time in life... Being and Being Present... come... join in the circle and enjoy the movement and the moment..."
