Compassionate Communication:

Introduction with Aine Howard

Compassionate Communication, an introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), presents an internationally renowned and widely practiced method developed by Marshall Rosenberg, humanistic psychologist. NVC can help you break out of patterns that lead to conflict, frustration, depression or guilt.

This workshop will help you learn how to build relationships based on compassion and understanding, and how to communicate effectively in stressful situations. Become more aware of how you communicate with others, learn to recognize and express your own feelings and desires clearly, and learn to listen with empathy and give honest feedback without insulting others.

This is an experiential workshop that gives you practical tools to use in your daily life, at home, at work, and in your community. The workshop will be given in English or Dutch, depending upon the wishes of the participants.

Aine Howard, candidate trainer NVC, has been giving trainings for 3 years. According to Aine, “It helps me to develop strength and clarity in a heart-connected way. I love sharing and supporting that in others.”
